Welcome to SONDR
At SONDR, we offer personal training, semi-private strength coaching, and reformer Pilates in a welcoming, inclusive space. These Terms and Conditions help ensure that all clients, staff, and guests enjoy a safe and supportive environment. By joining SONDR or attending sessions, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel your membership within 48 hours of signing up by notifying us in writing. We will refund any unused portion of fees, minus any joining fees or services already provided.
2. Minors
Parents or guardians signing on behalf of anyone under 18 are responsible for the young person’s fees, conduct, and safety.
3. Health and Safety
(a) Your Health
You must complete a pre-exercise questionnaire and disclose any relevant medical or health conditions.
If your health changes during your membership, please update us.
By attending sessions, you confirm that you are physically fit to do so.
(b) Safe Use of Equipment
Attend any required orientation before using gym or reformer equipment.
Ask staff for help if unsure how to use equipment.
(c) Behaviour Expectations
Respect fellow clients and staff at all times.
Follow all health, hygiene, and conduct rules (available on our website).
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or cancellation.
(d) We May Refuse Entry
We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel memberships in cases of harassment, unsafe behaviour, damage to property, or drug use.
4. Bookings, Attendance, and Cancellations
(a) Reformer Pilates & Semi-Private Coaching
Bookings are essential.
Cancellations require 6 hours’ notice to avoid losing your session.
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted.
(b) Private Personal Training
Requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
5. Class Packs
Class packs are valid for 3 months from purchase unless otherwise noted.
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Extensions may be granted in cases of illness or injury with supporting documentation.
6. Membership Holds
You can pause your membership for:
Travel over 2 weeks
Medical reasons (with documentation)
Max two suspensions or 3 months total per 12-month period.
7. Ending Your Membership
(a) After the Minimum Term
Your membership will roll over unless you provide 21 days' written notice before the next term.
(b) Cancelling for Medical Reasons
If you are unable to exercise for the rest of your membership due to serious illness or injury, you may cancel with a medical certificate.
8. Fees
Fees must be paid on time. Missed payments may lead to account suspension.
Cancellation fee: 50% of the remaining balance on your current contract.
We may review fees with 60 days’ written notice.
9. Direct Debits
You authorise us (or our payment provider) to debit your nominated account for fees.
You're responsible for ensuring funds are available.
Rejected payments may incur fees.
10. Other Services
Any services not included in your membership are charged separately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms or our studio rules with at least 30 days’ notice. If you disagree, you may cancel your membership without penalty.
12. Privacy
We collect and store personal information according to Australian privacy laws. You must update us with any changes to your contact or health details.
13. Liability and Insurance
SONDR is not liable for personal injury unless it is caused by our reckless conduct.
Please don’t leave valuables unattended—we’re not responsible for lost or stolen property.
14. Intellectual Property
All SONDR programs, methods, and branding are protected. You may not reproduce or share them without permission.
