    REFORMER PILATES & MAT PILATES

Kiana found Pilates almost two years ago after being drawn to how effective it is for rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and feeling better in everyday life — and she hasn’t looked back since. After falling in love with the method, she’s now been working in Pilates for just over a year and loves helping others experience those same benefits.

She’s especially passionate about supporting people who come to Pilates after injury, seeing firsthand how it can restore confidence, movement, and strength far beyond the studio. Kiana thrives on client feedback around feeling stronger, more mobile, and simply more capable in day-to-day life.

Outside the studio, Kiana is currently training for an Ironman 70.3, spending her time swimming, riding, and running — and bringing that endurance mindset into her coaching. She’s also about to begin her career as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, reflecting her deep interest in both physical and mental wellbeing.
