Personal Training

One-on-one training designed for your body, your goals, and your way of moving.

Private coaching is your most personalised option at SONDR — tailored entirely to your needs, fitness level, experience and pace. Whether you're just starting out, navigating injury, or aiming for a specific performance goal, you’ll work with a dedicated coach who understands your story and adapts your training accordingly.

No guesswork. No generic programming. Just intentional coaching that supports your long-term strength and wellbeing.

  • 1:1 attention every session

  • Support in building confidence, strength and consistency

  • A training style that fits your lifestyle and energy

Progress looks different for everyone. We’re here to help you find yours.

Private Coaching is Ideal For:

  • Beginners who want confidence and guidance

  • Injury rehab or movement limitations

  • Pre/postnatal clients

  • Athletes or goal-driven individuals

  • Anyone who prefers full attention and a tailored plan

  • You’ll receive 100% personalised attention. Whether your goal is strength, injury recovery, movement confidence, or performance every session is tailored to you. Your coach will guide, adjust and support you the entire way.

  • Not at all. In fact, it’s one of the best ways to start if you're new to training, coming back from injury, or want more support before moving into group-based sessions.

  • At SONDR, private coaching is solely you and your trainer. Our boutique studio provides the ultimate private training experience, no waiting for equipment or altering programs on the fly around a busy gym.

  • Yes! Many clients start with private coaching and transition into semi-private or Pilates once they feel confident — or keep a mix of both for the best of both worlds.
