Foundation Four is a 4-week beginner program designed to help you build confidence, strength, and understanding of the Reformer at your own pace.
It’s the perfect entry point if you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or just want to feel more confident before joining open-level classes.

4 small group Reformer classes (1 per week)
Progressive, beginner-friendly programming

When is it?
A new Foundation program starts every month, with an option for 7.00pm Mondays or 6.15am Wednesdays
